About Sprout House
Sprout House opened on Tennyson Street in 2012 with one toddler room and a plan to grow slowly. Today the center serves five age based rooms with a licensed capacity of 84 children, staffed by teachers who each hold early childhood training and current CPR and first aid certification.
We plan each day around play, because young children learn most through it. Teachers track milestones, read aloud daily, and send photos and notes home through the family app so you can follow the day from work. Lead teachers move up with their groups where they can, so a child often keeps a familiar face from the infant room into toddlers.
Why families stay
Three years and two kids in, the teachers still greet us by name at the door every morning. That warmth is the whole reason we drive past two closer centers.

The garden beds are not a gimmick. My daughter planted peas in April and ate them off the vine in June. She talks about it still.

When our son had a rough transition to preschool, the director sat with us and built a plan. Two weeks later he ran in without looking back.
